OUR EZY LIFT SYSTEM not only complies with but exceeds all relevant Australian Standards and codes. Over-running is eliminated by EZY valve. Limit switches not required.

		THE EZY LIFT MOBILE LIFTING SYSTEM has been designed to handle all repair and maintenance lifting requirements in the modern workshop. Using a unique hydraulic system, the EZY LIFT is capable of lifting vehicle weights of up to 100 tonnes in absolute safety. Please note that our manufacturing process is so stringent in its quality control, in its design and its construction - Ezy Lift does not cut corners like others to make a cheaper lift in order to make a sale!

		Ezylift refuses to rest on its laurels, investing heavily in on-going product development and refinement. We are now announcing our new product release which is the new 3 Moving Part Hydraulic Post. A good example of this level of commitment is the Company's successful 10.5 Metre Drive-on Platforms which are completely detachable from the mobile jacks, thus allowing them to be used elsewhere in the workshop. A configuration of 4-6 Posts can be used with these platforms. Ezylift Mobile Hydraulic Hoist products have one main supply cable, with no control box on the ground. The controls are attached on to the main column allowing freedom of movement and access to the work subject visually.

		EZYLIFT SYSTEMS CAN BE VERY PORTABLE unlike the old systems with tyres that go flat most of the time. You Can Eliminate Installations Costs - no special preparation required. Just Wheel in the EZY LIFT mobile units, Connect to your electricity supply and they are ready to use.

SAFETY IS PARAMOUNT WITH EZYLIFT An important prerequisite to the Ezylift design is that all safety features are built into the EZY valve so both hydraulic hoses can be removed and the vehicle remains in position. The EZY valve requires equal pressure to go down and equal pressure to lift up. MINIMUM MAINTENANCE DESIGN The unique simplicity of the EZYLIFT system means that usually only a periodic maintenance inspection is all that is required: 1. Lubricate rollers. 2. Change hydraulic oil once a year.
